KWM-SR, KWM-SGR, K-RET type eco-pea coal-fired boilers with a feeding screw
- after firing up a boiler there is no need of permanent operation
- combustion process is regulated by a microprocessor controller
- refueling the fuel bunker every 2-3 days
- maintenance limited to occasional ash removal and cleaning the boiler
- these boilers are characterized by slight influence on the environmental pollution
- non-stop combustion process (throughout the whole heating season)
K-RET type boilers
K-RET type boilers are modern versions of water heating, coal boilers. They are low-temperature boilers with the regulated combustion process and are pea coal-fired. They are equipped with a feeding screw and specialist coal retort furnace and an extra cast iron fire grate, which makes traditional combustion possible in the event of, for example, power cut, a feeding screw failure or other mechanical failures. Due to their excellent qualities they are easy to maintain and operate as well as they guarantee rational and economical combustion process. If the operation instructions are followed, the boiler will work well for a long time.
KRET-T type boilers meet the requirements of energy efficiency, PN-EN 303-5 standards as well as the Polish regulations and the EU directives concerning safety.
KRE-T type boilers do not need permanent operation if they are installed properly and operation instructions are followed.

KWM-SR and KWM-SGR type boilers are designed for heating up water in the central heating system to a temperature not exceeding 90°C at the boiler outlet. They may be applied for heating residential buildings, commercial and production facilities, workshops, farms, greenhouses, schools, etc.
While selecting a central heating boiler, the thermal balance of the heated area should be taken into account. The rated thermal efficiency of the boiler should be higher by about 10% than the calculated heat requirement of the heated rooms.
KWM-SR and KWM-SGR type boilers are equipped with a feeding screw and fuel bunkers. Due to their excellent qualities they are easy to maintain and operate as well as they guarantee rational and economical combustion process.
If the operation instructions are followed, the boiler will work well for a long time.
Moreover, the KWM-SR and KWM-SGR type boilers are equipped with a cast iron fire grate, which makes traditional combustion possible in the event of power cut.
THE BOILERS HAVE AN ECOLOGICAL CERTIFICATE
