KWM-SP type fine coal-fired boilers with a drawer feeder
- After firing up the boiler there is no need of permanent operation
- Combustion process is regulated by a microprocessor controller
- Refueling the fuel bunker every 2-3 days
- Maintenance limited to occasional ash removal and cleaning the boiler
- These boilers are characterized by slight influence on the environmental pollution
- Non-stop combustion process (throughout the whole heating season)
KWM-SP type boilers meet the requirements of the Energy Law, which authorizes their sale.
They have:
- emission and energy tests conducted by an authorized institute,
- declaration of conformity in accordance with energy efficiency requirements,
- technical specifications and a product label.
KWM-SP type boilers are designed for heating up water in the central
heating system to a temperature not exceeding 90°C at the boiler outlet.
They may be applied for heating residential buildings, commercial and production
facilities, workshops, farms, greenhouses, schools, etc.
While selecting a central heating boiler, the thermal balance of the heated area should be taken into account. The rated thermal efficiency of the boiler should be higher by about 10% than the calculated heat requirement of the heated rooms.
KWM-SP type boilers are modern versions of water heating, coal boilers. They are low-temperature boilers with the regulated combustion process and are fine coal-fired or pea coal-fired (granulation/size of boiler pea coal - up to 25 mm).
KWM-SP type boilers are equipped with an automatic feed device and a fuel bunker. Due to their excellent qualities they are easy to maintain and operate as well as they guarantee rational and economical combustion process.
If the operation instructions are followed, the boiler will work well for a long time.
Moreover, the KWM-SP boilers are equipped with a cast iron fire grate, which makes traditional combustion possible in the event of power cut.
KWM-SP type boilers may use eco-pea coal as fuel.
KWM-SP type boilers have been granted an ecological certificate.
